Overview
Productbase is a conversational agent that recommends products for users' problems. Instead of relying on broad product categories, it retrieves evidence about individual features from startup documentation.
Approach
The agent uses feature-level retrieval-augmented generation over startup documentation to connect a user's stated problem with relevant product capabilities. It is built with Go, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and the Anthropic SDK.
